Our Returns Policy
SHIPPING
All orders placed before 12 Noon (PST) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) ship the same day usually. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when the order is placed, and another notification when your order has shipped (including tracking details).
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping rates and times for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Shipping Time Estimates do NOT include Weekends or Holidays.
International Shipping
We only accept online orders for USA. Please contact your Account Manager if you would like to place an order.
How do I check the status of my order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS). If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@mes-llc.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

MES will exchange/refund based on the terms of this EXCHANGE and REFUND POLICY provided:
Warranty Policy
Merchandise is covered under full warranty for 30 days after purchase by MES and is warranted to perform according to the manufacturer’s written/published claims.
Returns
The MES products are non-returnable items. We handle returns on a case by case basis, so please contact MES directly with your request. Please do not ship the product back to us.
Right of Refusal
MES has the right to refuse a claim if, in our opinion, the merchandise was misused, used for a purpose other than the intended one noted on the package labeling, inappropriately handled or the claim exceeded the reporting timeframe from the date of purchase.
